2010 Teacher Training Program

This program is for pre-professional and professional dancers who wish to teach flamenco dance in the classroom or as part of their career goals.  Focus is on management tips when leading the class, how to structure the class for the level of students participating, how to create a “syllabus” so that you are prepared each time you teach and how to achieve the maximum result from your students and feel satisfied with your work.  Teachers in the program are given the opportunity to work with children from our Children’s Flamenco Training Program held weekdays at Lotus Music & Dance Studios and on Saturdays at the Lower Eastside Girls Club Manhattan.  There are openings at this time for intern positions.  If you are interested in learning more, call our office at 212-627-1076, ext.17.
